Women Who Rise

It's no secret that empowered women empower women. We're at our best when we celebrate and uplift one another, support each other's work, collaborate to challenge gender narratives and fight for equal rights. In our new section, Women Who Rise, we are highlighting inspiring women around the world, breaking through barriers in their fields.



Our first interview is with Greta Francesca Iori, an Ethiopian-Italian wildlife conservationist fighting to end the illegal wildlife trade, dismantle organized criminal networks and protect local communities alongside the last great wildernesses of the Horn of Africa.




Mamta Singh, from Udaipur, India, is a professional wall artist and illustrator who brings art to blank canvas’ everywhere. She started conducting small workshops in Delhi for kids and women to share a sense of expression and independence, than moved on to teach 4000 students across India, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia and Nepal.
