Awakened Woman Day Retreat Schedule

Price: $125 per person, including tea snacks and lunch
Location: Port Moody, BC
Objective: In this day retreat, we will explore how to live a fulfilling life, despite challenges we face. We share tangible steps to living with more joy and less fear through guidance on emotional resilience, transformational habits and personal growth. This workshop aims to provide a transformative experience by combining holistic and somatic techniques, dance and movement, and life coaching and visualization. This immersive one-day event offers a safe and nurturing space for women to explore and enhance their holistic well-being, foster self-discovery, and dive deep into restoring our optimal relationship to our self and the world around us.
12:00-12:30 Opening Circle
12:30-1:15pm Somatic Techniques Session. During this session, participants will engage in somatic techniques such as breath work, mindfulness, and body awareness exercises. This session will help participants connect with their bodies, release tension, and cultivate a sense of grounded-ness and presence.
1:15-1:30pm Tea and Snacks
1:30-2:15pm Dance Session which will invite participants to express themselves through movement, tap into their creativity, explore emotions and expression, and experience the joy of embodied self-expression.
2:45-3:30pm Life Coaching Session that will guide participants through self-reflective exercises, group discussions, and goal-setting activities. The focus will be on personal empowerment, self-discovery, and developing practical strategies to overcome obstacles, enhance well-being.
3:30-4:00pm Closing Circle where participants will have the opportunity to share their experiences, insights, and takeaways from the day. The facilitators will provide guidance on integrating the lessons learned into daily life and offer additional resources for ongoing support.
