Nicole Guzzo is the founder of Prakasa, a women-led global initiative supporting education, economic opportunity, and storytelling with women and girls. With a background in social work, design and community-based skills training, Nicole has spent years working directly alongside women to build pathways to income, autonomy, and leadership. Her work bridges creative practice and justice-focused programming, grounded in the belief that lived experience is a form of knowledge and power.
